All software development, web development, AI integration, cloud solutions, API development, and consulting services are tailored specifically for each client. As work begins immediately after project confirmation, these services are generally non-refundable.
Project Deposits
Any deposit or upfront payment made to secure a project is non-refundable once project planning or development has commenced.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins. If no work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Once development has started, refunds cannot be issued for work already completed.
Milestone Payments
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Each milestone represents approved work that has been delivered according to the agreed project scope.
Digital Products & Services
Due to the digital nature of our services and downloadable deliverables, we do not offer refunds after project files, source code, digital assets, or completed services have been delivered.
Client Responsibilities
